York, PA: After investigating a January 30 incident outside a York school in which a woman who was carrying legally brandished her gun, on February 2 it was reported that “In a follow-up with the DA office, the police said it was determined the armed woman was within her rights to protect herself and would not face charges, but the other parent will still be charged.” Plenty of attention paid to this one in Pennsylvania.
