Three guys were out on a Saturday night in Tucson. We don’t know what they were doing, but one of them was carrying a handgun, and at around 11 PM they were in this area: Not much to see besides a cemetery and some automobile shops.
Two other men approached them: James Alvarado, 40, and an unnamed companion.
Alvarado and his companion began to assault the other three. Alvarado pulled out a gun.
