I know, it’s an old joke. It still fits.
This incident occurred in North Philly. This is an area that has seen a lot of change for the better, at least physically, over the past decade.

It was 1:30 AM. A man was parked in his Mustang next to that fire hydrant you can see in the picture above. (You can’t see it in this picture, though.)
A man tried to carjack him, but the driver pulled his own gun and opened fire, driving him off.
We don’t know who the carjacker is, or whether he got hit. But the victim was unharmed and enjoying his wheels.
