I’m going to give this story away for free because there’s so little to know about it.
Around 9 PM on San Antonio’s East Side, a 59-year-old man forced his way into a home and assaulted the 27-year-old homeowner.
Yeah, that struck me as weird, too. Normally you hear about young people attacking older ones. Not this time.
At any rate, the homeowner shot the intruder multiple times in the abdomen. The intruder lasted long enough for first responders to try to save him, but he died at the scene.

Regular readers have heard this before; if you’re new here, get used to it: It’s no wonder people think the Good Guy with a Gun is a myth when these incidents barely leave a blip on our collective memory. One man suffered an attack he’ll never forget, and another man died, but that’s almost all we know about this life-changing incident.
All we really know is that police officers deemed it a case of self-defense.
