Home invaders take many seemingly harmless forms.

Three guys were going door-to-door to see if anyone wanted their lawn mowed. One woman answered the door and said she didn’t need their services.

Her daughter lives in the same neighborhood. When the men got to the daughter’s house and found her gone, they broke in.

The daughter arrived home and interrupted them mid-burglary. They opened fire on her.

She returned fire, driving them off. She was unhurt; one of the men was eventually captured.

Girl Scouts selling cookies? Probably okay. All others? Be wary.
