Good Guy with a Gun #197: Dallas, TX

Yet another sighting of the “mythical” Good Guy with a Gun. So, not a myth at all — just under-documented. | Original incident: May 15, 2024

These posts are based on our Good Guy with a Gun calendar. Today’s post is essentially the same as the calendar version.

A burglar broke into a house at about 4:30 AM in Dallas.

A resident shot him and sent him running — or hobbling, or something — back to his car. He was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery the same morning.

The occupants were all unharmed.

Another home invasion, another home protected by a good guy with a gun. And that’s about all we know.
