Good Guy with a Gun #252: Topeka, KS
He couldn’t get served at a closed business. He got served anyway. | Original incident: July 10, 2024
These posts are based on our Good Guy with a Gun calendar. Today’s post is essentially the same as the calendar version.
It was after 11 PM on a Wednesday in Topeka.
A man entered a business. The staff told him it was closed. He didn’t like that very much.
He pulled a weapon and threatened the staff.
An armed employee didn’t like that very much. He pulled his gun and shot the man.
The man fled, and later wound up at a hospital.
Fortunately for him, the hospital was open, and he was in stable condition after medical staff treated him.
We don’t know about you, but to us, it looks like an open-and-closed case of self-defense. (Sorry.1)

Except you, Michael.

The good guys didn't get hurt, nobody died, so the pun is hilarious. :)
