I can see how a grand jury could see that as aggravation and even daring her to come back so she could shoot her, having had time to get the gun out of her purse or wherever she kept it . . . I agree with the final verdict because of the violence of the attack, but I see why everyone didn't.
That's about where I'm at, too. There are plenty of people, including pro-gun people, who have said that she deserves jail time. I disagree, but I understand why they think that.
