Your editors think the best way to avoid pursuit by bounty hunters is by not doing things that get bounties placed on you.
A man in Fort Worth, who apparently never learned that lesson, was in a vehicle being pursued by two bounty hunters. Your editors would suggest that the best way to use a vehicle to avoid capture by bounty hunters is to drive it away from them.
The man in Fort Worth, who apparently didn’t learn that lesson either, aimed his vehicle at his pursuers. They, naturally, didn’t want to be rammed by a giant hulk of speeding metal, so they fired their weapons at him.
The man was hit in the thigh — which makes it hard to run from bounty hunters — and was expected to pull through.
Did he learn his lesson, though? Magic 8 Ball says, “Don’t count on it.”
