The 7300 block of Chef Menteur Highway in New Orleans East is the boundary of a residential and an industrial area. On the left side of this picture are several chaotic automotive centers, while on the right you can see through a car wash to the Bern Mas apartments. There are houses further to the right of the car wash as well, not visible in this picture.
