Every now and then, I need to dig pretty far into an incident to understand what happened. I really don’t want to tell you (or Mrs. Good Guy with a Gun) how much time I spent on this one.
I’ll give away the ending: Though 30-year-old (at the time) Devine D. Bullard1 was originally charged with assault, the prosecutor said that “further investigation has identified evidence that negates the allegations as charged” in the fatal shooting of Wyatt Walker. So let’s dig in.
